Terms of use
These terms apply to the dronyata.com website and the game Dronyata (the “Game”). By using the website you accept them. If you don’t, please don’t use the website.
The Ukrainian version of these terms is the original. If the two versions differ, the Ukrainian one prevails.
1. Who we are
The website and the Game are made and run by the makers of Dronyata (“we”). Contact us: [email].
2. Age
The Game is intended for people aged 16 and over. It is about the war in Ukraine, told in a cartoon style, with no blood or violent scenes. If you are under 16, use the website only with your parents’ permission and don’t submit your name to the leaderboard.
3. The Game is free and provided “as is”
- The Game is free, with no ads and no sign-up.
- We don’t guarantee that it will run without interruptions or errors on every device.
- We may change, update, temporarily disable or discontinue the Game or any part of it.
- Your progress is stored only in your browser. It can be lost if you clear the site data or change browser or device.
4. Leaderboard
The name you enter and your score are visible to all visitors. Do not use:
- insults, hate speech, profanity, or the symbols and slogans of the aggressor state;
- ads, links or contact details;
- another person’s real name without their consent, or a name that impersonates someone;
- your own full real name, unless you are fine with others seeing it.
We may remove, without notice, any name or score that breaks these rules or looks forged, and limit submissions from an address that keeps breaking them.
5. Reporting a problem
If you see a name on the leaderboard that breaks the rules or your rights, email [email] with the name, the level and what is wrong. We will review it and tell you our decision if you leave a contact. The same address is the point of contact for authorities.
6. Roadmap votes
Votes for roadmap items on the home page help us understand what players want. They are not orders and don’t oblige us to build anything, or by any date.
7. Rights to the Game
The Game’s code, graphics, texts, characters and name belong to us unless stated otherwise. Third-party components are used under their licenses, see Licenses.
You may: play, share the link, and publish screenshots, streams and videos of the Game, including monetised ones, as long as you name the Game.
You may not, without our written permission: copy the Game or its parts to other websites, modify it and distribute a modified version, or use the characters and the name commercially.
8. Partner content
Some levels may be made together with partner companies. Such levels are labelled as partner content in the Game.
9. Links to other websites
The website links to charities and payment services. We don’t control those websites and aren’t responsible for their content or how they work.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses related to using, or being unable to use, the Game. Nothing in these terms limits any rights a consumer cannot be deprived of under the law of their country.
11. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the date of the last change is shown at the top. These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine; consumers in the EU keep the protection their national law gives them.
